Terms and conditions for purchase of wine products Quinta do Tamariz

The purchases of any products in the online store of Quinta do Tamariz implies the acceptance of these terms and conditions that have the propose of defining the conditions established between the saqsm, onwer and maneger of Quinta do Tamariz brand,and the costumer. From the time of order untl delivery of the produt.
When making a purchase at the Quinta do Tamariz online store, the costumer declares that he/she is of legal age, taking into account the applicable legislation within the costumer’s premises (place of order,delivery and consumption), and not having any impediment and/or legal restriction that prevent him from acquiring alcoholic beverages.

All items on sales in the online shop are subject to existing stock and order will be placed on a first come, first served basis.
In case of temporary or even permanent break, the client will be advised and whenever possible and alternative will be suggested with other products similar characteristics.
Under portuguese law, all prices are presented in euros,with vat included at the current legal rate and excluding shipping costs.
Quinta do Tamariz reserves the right to modify, without prior notice and at any time, the information presented on products, prices, and comercial conditions,without resulting in damages for customers who have purchased the products at an earlier price different.

The fulfillment of the order in the online store implies the payment of the produts and shipping costs
The payment of the products can be made through the payment systems avaiable in the online store.these payment systems could be: multibank references,prepayd debit cards,visa or mastercard network cards ,or though paypal, depending on the markets and places of purchase.
Orders are only considered valid after confirmation or payment. If the mode of payment is atm reference, the maximum term considered for payment is 24 hours. In situations where payment is made at a later time after the deadline, delivery of order is made through the available stock.

The delivery of orders will be made at address indicated by the customer at the time of purchase. The delivery note of carrier and the document signed by the order recipient serve as proof of delivery.
Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at the time of order.

Under current legislation, the customer has 24 calendar day, after the date of receipt of the order to cancel the purchase.
In order to start the return process,the customer must send an e-mail to sales@quintadotamariz.com, being the informed response of all the steps that will be followed to return the product and refund the money paid in the meantime, less the cost of return, within a maximum period of 30 days.

Only returns of products in good condition and in original conditions will be accepted.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, without it being damaged or altered.
No exchanges and any returns that have or show signs of opening and / or consumption of Quinta do Tamariz products will be accepted.

After receiving the order,if you detect any defects in the products before or during consumption, you should immediately report the situation to sales@quintadotamariz.com, specifying the reason for the complaint.the products targeted for the claim will always have to be returned to Quinta do Tamariz for analysis-the cost of returning the products is guaranteed by the customer.
Storage and archiving of orders and invoices.
Orders and invoices will be archived in a reliable medium to ensure,if necessary, a faithful copy of the completed transaction.
