Description

Produced at Quinta do Tamariz, in the Vinhos Verdes Demarcated Region (Sub-region of Cávado), BOAS CEPAS 2023 – Arinto Reserva is a white wine made from Arinto (Pedernã), a grape known for its freshness, structure, and longevity. With a limited production of 3,466 bottles, this Reserva was crafted with respect for the environment, under an integrated production system.

The 2023 vintage was marked by a mild spring and summer, without extreme heat, which favored higher acidity and greater freshness in the wines. Designed to defy time, this Arinto Reserva can be enjoyed now or cellared to evolve further over the years.

Vinification

10% of the grapes were vinified whole, without destemming, fermenting at 14–16ºC for 10 days. No malolactic fermentation was carried out, preserving acidity and aromatic clarity. Tartaric stabilization was performed by refrigeration.
