Description
This elegant Espumante Rosé Brut is crafted from carefully selected Touriga Nacional grapes grown in the heart of the Vinhos Verdes Demarcated Region, subregion of Cávado. Produced using the classic method with 36 months of ageing on lees, it combines freshness, finesse, and complexity in every sip.
Hand-harvested grapes are vinified intentionally for sparkling production, ensuring higher acidity and lower alcohol levels. After a long maturation in the cellar, the wine undergoes dégorgement to reveal a refined and vibrant character.
