WINEMAKING

Minimal-intervention winemaking, with no addition of commercial yeasts. Spontaneous fermentation, carried out exclusively by the indigenous yeats naturally present on the grapes, preserving the genuine expression of the vineyard, the grape variety and the 2025 vintage.

TASTING NOTES

Elegant and expressive, with remarkable aromatic purity, showing the floral and citrus notes characteristic of Loureiro, complemented by delicate nuances of white-fleshed fruit.

On the palate, it reveals freshness, precision and minerality, with fine tension, a delicate texture and vibrant acidity providing balance and persistence. The finish is long, fresh and elegant, highlighting the varietal character of Loureiro and the distinctive expression of its terroir
