This book was born from the wish of Dr. António Vinagre to reconstruct the past of his emblematic estate, Quinta do Tamariz, located in the Vinhos Verdes region. An economist and businessman, he is conscious of his role in serving the community not only as a professional but also as a winegrower and bottler. He dedicated part of his life to the art of perpetuating, through the best oenological practices, wine brands of both national and international reputation.
